Our instructors are required to maintain CEU’s and keep their teaching skills sharp. On top of the continuing education credits they are required to have that, we are continuously working with our amazing teachers during inservice, trainings, feedback sessions, evaluations, etc. We feel so grateful to have such *genuinely good* instructors teaching for us!
The level of your instructor does NOT coincide with the level of your swimmer. The level of instructor is based on the experience the instructor has. Some of our most advanced coaches have over 30 years of teaching and coaching experience.
